Technical Solution Engineer – Autodesk Design & Manufacturing

We seek a Technical Solutions Engineer with Design & Manufacturing expertise to enhance our sales team, deliver- ing cutting-edge technologies to clients. Engage with influential product design firms, implementing modern methodologies and cloud-based tools. As a crucial member, lead technical discussions, showcasing the benefits of Autodesk’s tools for clients’ success

Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside Sales as the ultimate product expert amicis
  • Thoroughly understand all aspects of Fusion 360 and Autodesk powermill to explain the technology to personas ranging from end-users to executives
  • Manage customer relationships, engaging them in value-added activities
  • Develop deep relationships with customers to increase adoption of Fusion 360 and Powermill Understand important aspects of our customers’ processes and be able to apply Autodesk technologies to improve them
  • Represent Autodesk and its leading customers through the delivery of presentations and demonstrations
  • Develop and deliver product and industry enablement content to sales team members and external teams
  • Engage in Business development opportunities to fuel Fusion Growth in Sri Lanka & Maldives Markets
  • Leverage modern communication channels to communicate with customers and with the wider design and manufacturing community
  • Deliver feedback to marketing and product development to improve our offerings and strategy

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English & Sinhala
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry
  • Customer-facing or pre sales background
  • Experience with 3D CAM software…eg. Fusion, Master CAM, Delcam, Espirit, HSM, or PowerMill
  • Experience with 3D Design software… eg. Solidworks, Pro Engineer/Creo, NX, Simulation
  • Should process BSc degree in industrial/Electrical/Mechanical reputed university
  • 2+ Years of experience using Fusion, Fusion, Inventor CAM, HSMWorks for CNC programming Field experience programming multi-axis CNC machining equipment with at least one of the following applications: Fusion, Inventor CAM, HSMWorks, Siemens NX
